NSF IUCRC Phase II Award. Sushil Jajodia, Massimiliano Albanese, Rajesh Ganesan, Emanuela Marasco, and Kun Sun received funding from the National Science Foundation for their project “Phase II IUCRC George Mason University: Center for Cybersecurity Analytics and Automation (CCAA)”.

New DoD Scholarship Award. Dr. Jajodia and Dr. Albanese received a $159,612 award from NSA to administer the DoD Cybersecurity Scholarship Program (CySP).

Prof. Vincenzo Piuri, a professor of computer engineering at the University of Milan, Italy, and a visiting researcher at the Center for Secure Information Systems, has been featured in a story on the Volgenau School's website. Prof. Piuri is a candidate for the position of 2019 IEEE President-Elect.
